MenoStride has moved to menostride.com. Your logs are saved on this address only. To bring them along: back up here (More → Your data), then open menostride.com and restore the file.
Example: Linda, patch 50 → 75
This browser won't keep your logs after you close it. Open MenoStride in a normal (not private) window to save them.
About 30 seconds. Start with your run.
If you are thinking about ending your life, or you don't feel safe, call or text 9-8-8 any time. If you are in danger now, call 911.
Bleeding on HRT is worth a call. Unexpected bleeding or spotting should be checked by your prescriber, especially if it is new, heavy or keeps happening.
Everything you log stays in this browser, on this device. MenoStride has no account and no server. Nobody else, including us, can see it.
It only leaves your device when you tap one of these: AI summary (sends your logs to Claude for that summary), Add to Google Calendar (saves the reminder, including your medicine's name, in your Google account), Find a pharmacy (sends the first part of your postal code to Google Maps), or when you copy or share your prescriber summary yourself.
If you clear this browser's data, or don't open MenoStride for a few weeks on iPhone, the browser may delete your logs. A backup file keeps them safe.
This deletes every log, dose, race and setting on this device. It can't be undone. Back up first if you might want it later.
Trusted, free sources. They open outside MenoStride.
MenoStride is a personal log to help you and your prescriber see what's happening. It is not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, and it never tells you to change a medicine or a dose. Talk to your prescriber or pharmacist before changing anything.
Call 911 for chest pain, sudden shortness of breath, sudden weakness, a drooping face, trouble speaking, or a sudden severe headache or vision change.
Get care the same day for a painful, swollen leg, or heavy or unexpected bleeding. For health advice any time, call 811.

A preview of MenoStride on Apple Watch, Garmin or Wear OS. Taps here really log to today.
A native build: watchOS, Wear OS or Garmin Connect IQ. The watch would send heart rate, pace and distance on its own, so the phone log shrinks to symptoms. Mid-run taps (hot flash, bathroom stop) go straight onto that run.
Tap a day to change it.
Your logs stay on this phone. Nothing leaves unless you tap a calendar or map link, or copy your summary. Not medical advice.
